We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They welcomed us with espresso and baked goods and gave us a lot of information about the city. The location is perfect, with easy transportation and beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was great, with a variety of delicious baked goods and sandwiches. The hotel facilities were really clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated having our own bathroom with a shower.
Nothing could have been better.

The hosts were friendly and offered delicious espresso and baked goods upon arrival. Communication was easy, as they knew some English. the room was comfortable and had its own bathroom with a shower stall downstairs. the breakfast had a variety of baked goods and little sandwiches.

The owners were friendly and helpful; they offered us coffee and pastries upon arrival, which was great. The location was good, close to some interesting areas we wanted to visit. The room was comfortable and we had our own bathroom, which was nice.
The communication with the owners was a bit difficult as their English wasn't very good. , the breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

Friendly and welcoming hosts. Helpful with contacting relatives. Shared interesting local knowledge. Cozy room and private bathroom. Tasty and varied breakfast spread. Beautiful location in Nocera Umbra. Espresso and baked goods on arrival. Showed us around the neighborhood.

We recently enjoyed our romantic escape in a cozy accommodation with wonderful hosts. Our hosts were an amazing pair who provided us with two cups of aromatic coffee and freshly baked goods upon our arrival. They gave us plenty of useful information about the surrounding area. the accommodation was sparkling clean and cozy with a private bathroom including shower stalls. the location of the accommodation was great, just a short distance from some of the top attractions in the region which we enjoyed exploring in the evenings.
We enjoyed every moment of our romantic escape and can't wait to return to this hidden gem.
